Terms of Service

Last updated: 20 August 2026

These terms cover your use of Table Reel (“the Service”), a product of Niche Social Ltd (company number 17333964), of 66 Paul St, London EC2A 4NA (“we”, “us”). By paying for or using the Service you agree to these terms.

1. What Table Reel is

Table Reel gives restaurants, cafes, and food trucks a guided shot list, pre-built video templates, and an in-browser editor (“Content Studio”) to turn your own footage into finished, ready-to-post vertical videos. We don't film your content, post it to social media on your behalf, or guarantee any particular business outcome from using it.

2. Plans, payment & credits

Starter Pack (£27, one-time): a single payment that unlocks your account, the starter shot list, and 10 video credits (the “Tasty 10 - Starter Box”). It is not a subscription and does not renew or auto-charge.

Main Course (£97/month, when available): a recurring subscription that grants a fresh allowance of video credits each billing cycle. You can cancel at any time; cancelling stops future charges but doesn't refund the current billing period.

One video credit is used each time you render a finished video in Content Studio. Unused credits carry over between billing cycles rather than expiring at the end of the month. All prices shown exclude VAT where applicable.

3. Our guarantee

If you complete the guided starter shot list and don't receive your 10 ready-to-post reels within a reasonable time of filming, contact us at claire@table-reel.com and we'll refund your £27 Starter Pack purchase in full.

4. Cancellation & refunds

Because the Starter Pack unlocks digital content and account access immediately on payment, by purchasing it you agree that our service begins straight away and you waive the standard 14-day cooling-off period that would otherwise apply to digital content under UK consumer law. Our guarantee above still applies regardless.

You can cancel a Main Course subscription at any time from your account or by emailing us; it stops at the end of the current billing period.

5. Your content

You keep ownership of the footage you upload and the videos Table Reel renders from it. You're responsible for making sure you have the rights to any footage, music, or likeness you upload, and for how you use the finished videos. Don't upload anything illegal, infringing, or that you don't have permission to use. We may remove content or suspend accounts that breach this.

6. Availability

We aim to keep the Service running reliably but don't guarantee uninterrupted availability — third-party services we rely on (payment processing, video rendering, hosting, storage, email) can occasionally be unavailable outside our control.

7. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the Service is limited to the amount you've paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We're not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost profits or business.

8. Changes

We may update these terms or the Service from time to time. If we make a material change, we'll let you know by email before it takes effect.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
